automotiveMastermind launches new training course for dealers





automotiveMastermind (aM), which provides automotive dealerships with predictive analytics and marketing automation solutions, has expanded its education efforts to the industry.

The company, part of S&P Global Mobility, launched Mastermind Academy, its first-ever external learning management system.

The program aims to help dealers make the best use of Mastermind, which is its flagship automated sales and marketing platform.

Mastermind Academy is designed to enhance aM’s onsite and virtual training programs, which it typically runs every 30-45 days.

The program includes on-demand, self-paced online sessions to support both existing dealership sales staff and new hires.

There are three training paths:

— Course: covering the fundamentals and tactics of using Mastermind
— Best Practices: Providing short articles and how-to videos on specific product features, as well as downloadable scripts and templates.
— Dealer Resource: Provides updates on the latest offers and events from aM.
